The texts containing the ad descriptions are collected in the Listing column, and the room, bathroom, square meter and land size are kept in the same text in each row. The TEXTSPLIT function divides the text into pieces according to the space character, these pieces are converted to numbers and turned into a single-line array with the TOROW function. The DROP function discards unwanted text fragments at the beginning of the array, leaving only numerical values. By copying the formula on a row basis, the numerical information of all advertisements is automatically distributed to the Beds, Baths, Size and Lot columns.
